Over half of all staterooms feature a private veranda on Crystal Symphony as do 85% of staterooms on Crystal Serenity. Deluxe amenities include Frette bathrobes, kimonos and personal slippers, 100% Egyptian cotton linens and bath towels plus complimentary 24-hour in-room dining. Penthouse Suites include additional benefits such as personal butler service and complimentary wines, beers and spirits.

Crystal's two ships are larger in comparison to its ultra-luxury cruise peers, and this allows them to offer the highest space-to-passenger ratios in the industry. There are plenty of sports and fitness opportunities including an outdoor lap pool, fitness centre, golf driving range and putting green, an award-winning Feng-Shui inspired Spa and an exciting worldwide programme of innovative shore excursions and customized private off-ship adventures.

Dining

Gourmet cuisine is served in a variety of restaurants with menus specially created by celebrity restaurateurs Nobu Matsuhisa and Piero Selvaggio. Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are served throughout the ship.

On a Crystal cruise children are catered for too, with dedicated facilities (unusual on ultra-luxury ships) and imaginative activities created specifically to suit the ages and number of children on select itineraries. There is a selection of three-berth staterooms; rooms dedicated to children's entertainment with toys and video games and informal dining areas such as burger and ice cream bars.

Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity will span 185 different ports, on 61 worldwide itineraries across all continents focussing on more port intensive itineraries with overnight stays on most voyages. Itineraries range from 7 to 106 days and both ships sail to destinations in Europe and the Mediterranean, North America, Panama Canal, Mexican Riviera, the Caribbean, South America, the Pacific Ocean, Asia, and the Indian Ocean, plus an ever popular World Cruise.
