Dining
There are three restaurants to choose from. There's the Island Restaurant buffet with its carvery station and toasted sandwich of the day. There's the Beachcomber Restaurant, a buffet that's open around-the-clock - so you can dine any time, night or day. And for something really special, there's the waiter service Oasis Restaurant - it's definitely worth dressing up for. All restaurants have child-friendly menus.
Facilities & Activities
Commonly known as the friendliest ship in the Mediterranean, onboard Island Escape you will find a range of facilities and entertainment to suite all tastes and ages. You can relax by the pool, unwind in the state-of-the-art gym, enjoy a massage in the beauty salon or you can even have a go at a Latin dance class. In the evenings you will be dazzled with explosive West End-style shows, live music, tribute bands and stand-up comedy from UK guest acts. Or you can always try your luck in the casino or unwind with a cocktail on one of the six bars.
Accommodation
There's a fantastic range of comfortable cabins and suites onboard Island Escape to suit all budgets, with outside and balcony cabins offering excellent value. There is also a number of family-friendly cabins onboard suitable for families of up to four.
For the Family
There are two Palmy kids' clubs for children aged 3-6 and 7-11 year round and a Teen Club (12-17) during summer and major school holidays only. Organised activities such as face painting, scavenger hunts, magic shows and discos keep the children entertained and one of the highlights of the week is the stage production carried out by the kids complete with professional sound and lights. On selected days during your cruise, your children can be collected from your cabin and taken to the Island Restaurant to enjoy breakfast with the Children's hosts. For teenagers activities may include activities such as DJ lessons, Salsa dancing, beauty tips and film nights as well as there being a chill out zone with music and disco's. For kids, young and old Action Zone - Arcade has a variety of games such as Ferrari racing and football challenges.
Cruise Programme
During Summer Island Escape will cruise the Mediterranean with a choice of one week fly-cruise itineraries out of Palma, Majorca. It is also possible to combine two 7 night itineraries to make a 14 night cruise holiday or even combine a week's cruise with a stay in a selection of hotels in Majorca for a wonderful 14 night cruise and stay holiday. In winter Island Escape heads for the sun and will mainly offer a weekly 7 night fly-cruise around the Canary Islands out of Tenerife plus a number of longer cruises combing the Mediterranean and Canary Islands. Again there is an option to combine your cruise with a hotel stay in Tenerife for a 14 night cruise and stay holiday.
