Last year we booked with Cruise118 and I must admit I was rather wary as it was not one of the big well known travel agents but we were so well looked after by Karina who went out of her way to help, especially regarding finding out everything about the golf package of which we had little knowledge. I would not consider singing the praises of a person who does the job they are paid for - That is what they are paid to do - But in then case of Emma Hayes - I will sing her praises - she went far beyond what I would consider to be the standard service - in the lengths she went to in securing a cruise for my family and I. I came across cruise 118 when surfing the web for a cruise on the Ventura going out from Barbados on the 5th Dec. Initially I was going to e mail my request but decided to call instead and Sam answered the phone in a very friendly way. She sorted our whole holiday out with such efficiency and looked at every detail overcoming any niggles I might have. She really works hard at every aspect of her job and finds ways round any problems that might come up. Samantha has been a brilliant person to deal with and I cannot speak more highly of her just to say I will always call her before I arrange any other holiday we might take.

There is absolutely no question whatsoever in my mind that would prevent Cruise 118 being my first port of call for future cruise bookings. I am in the process of looking at the best available prices for cruises and have been in contact with many cruise companies (this will be my 5th cruise). Although I haven't yet finalised any bookings I had to write to you to say that the service provided by Karina has been exceptional. Many of the companies promise to respond and they never do but Karina has made the effort to give us updates even when she is not due to be at work. We are still reviewing different price deals with each company but will definately take into account the experience we have had when making enquiries when it comes down to our final decision.

I have just booked a cruise with the help of Emma and I would like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with her. Background information: I have never been on a cruise before and thought that I would leave it until the last minute so to speak to book as I would get a better deal, unfortunately what I didn't realise was that although there are plenty of cruises around flights can be a problem. I have spoken with several companies and I have either had no help at all or very hard sell on cruises that I didn't really want to go on, i.e. Ocean Village etc. I was on the verge of forgetting the whole idea which was disappointing as this was to be a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday. This morning I thought I would have one more go at looking on the internet and your company came up first via the search engine that I used. I sent a quick email off regarding one of the cruises on offer (although I didn't book that one in the end), and within minutes had an email back from Emma saying that she would call me at my requested time and if my husband answered she wouldn't speak to him (other companies have left messages on my answerphone at home!!). We are now booked on what looks to be a wonderful cruise recommended by Emma and can't wait to go. If you do have an award system I would love to nominate Emma, she has been so thorough on everything she has done for me, she is even arranging for the confirmation and tickets to be sent to a different address so that I can keep this as a surprise. I will definitely look to using your company again, especially Emma.

Vicky... We had an absolutely fabulous time - and thank you so much for all your help! Weather was great most of the time - and we even had fun in the rain! The staff on board were just lovely. We did a Barcelona treasure hunt for which the winner gets a free cruise - we'll know in a couple of weeks - well it's nice to dream! We'll definitely be going back there! Also did the leaning tower, Europe's biggest aquarium in Genoa, a helicopter ride (magnificent) , Les Beaux du Provence and the caves near Valencia. Oh and best of all...Felicity got to meet the Captain on the last night and was allowed to sound to horn on the Bridge as we departed!! Looking forward to our next cruise! Hope you are well

I feel he has gone the extra mile in helping me to book our cruise and to get us a numbered cabin rather than wait for a guarantee. Just as I would complain about bad service, I think it is equally important to reward good service and although your company was not the cheapest for this cruise, Andrew got us a better standard of cabin and deck for 20 each more!
