Nice hotels

Nice is an attraction in itself, and there are plenty of wonderful Nice hotels in which to stay. A comprehensive variety of hotels in Nice cater to all budgets and tastes.

Many of the hotels here have their own private beach bars and beaches...

At the centre of the tourist action is Vieux (Old) Nice, and the Port, which are both excellent places to stay and from here the nightlife is easily accessible. Beware the lack of elevators, however, and bear in mind that this locale can be a little noisy. Another good location, especially for luxury hotels, is the Promenade des Anglais, which embraces the shoreline for some kilometres. Many of the hotels here have their own private beach bars and beaches. Be careful to choose a hotel at the correct end of the Promenade so as not to find yourself too far from all the activity!

For the more budget-conscious, the cheap hotels in Nice are mostly found in the area around the station, with one or two of the less expensive hotels to be found in the pedestrian precinct. Be sure to compare prices and book early to secure the best deal.

Whichever hotel you choose, Nice offers all-year-round attractions and good weather. Make sure rooms are air-conditioned in the summer months, and enjoy the local interests - the Cours Saleya Flower Market, the Matisse museum, and the Russian Cathedral among them.
