We were left high and dry as there was nobody to meet us at the airport for out transfer and after numerous phone calls and a 40min wait we were told to get a taxi which we had to pay for and claim the money back.
After filing a claim with resorthoppa when we returned they took over a month to agree to refund the taxi fare but at a totally different exchange rate which meant we were left short changed - and they still charged us the initial transfer cost!
Nightmare company - beware.
