I was contacted by Olympic today to say that the Azia Blue boutique spa hotel in Paphos could no longer "accept our booking" as they had booked the entire hotel out to a load of returning soldiers on leave from Afghanistan.....so therefore we were being moved to the larger and cheaper Coral Beach Hotel - completely different in every way. We booked our holiday months ago and leave next Sunday. The hotel has taken the complete booking for all its rooms regardless of existing customers. No apology or discussion - just "you have no option, you have to move". Olympic have so far been completely unhelpful and unsypathetic, which is actually worse than the muck-up with the hotel.

Anybody else in the same boat?
