    Emailed customer services yesterday and this morning to confirm booking and asking for a copy of my hotel voucher as this no longer available online. No reply and recorded message on their telephones saying office is closed :-(

    Anyone else had any replies from customer services?

    I have also sent an email to them with no reply. I don't know what to do next!

    Hi,

    i got there email yestterday at 4:30pm and emailed the customer service address stright back to find out if my booking for this Tuesday is valid, dont want to book something else until know whats going on? has anyone else been able to make contact with them?

    Hi there

    I have made an accommodation only booking with this company in Salou for a week, starting today (2nd May) up to 9th May for my parents. I have received no email / contact from this company telling me my next steps as yet. Do you know if the booking will still be honoured or will I need to find them alternative accommodation in the meantime?

    I am really concerned as their flight is due to leave at 5.25pm tonight.

    As of 30th April 2009 regrettably accommodation supplier XCapeWithUs.com has ceased trading. They have a message on their website and intend to contact customers to advise on next steps and what happens with bookings.
