    There is no obligation to wait if you are late, all coach operators are the same, otherwise, how long should they wait? I am sorry for your situation, most of their customers seem to be overseas students but the policy is standard across the industry. If you had travel insurance and you were late because the the Tube broke down or some other legitimate reason, you may be able to make a claim but Andersons have no liability in this case.

    About refund

    I had booked a tour with Anderson Tour. I was late 5min and bus just gone and didn't wait for me. I was asking Anderson tour to give me refund £90 or rebook that tour. They can't offer me any refund because it's says in their terms&conditions. I am not agree with that because I don't understand for that I paid money. Where I can get any information about protection customers as consumers as I had found some mistakes in their terms&conditions? Thank you
