Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
We run a series of tests across all our channels every day to ensure the price coming through from the insurers is correct and everything is working as it should be.
IYou do have to confirm the details when you click through to the insurer's website, and I wonder if this change occurred because a button was checked/unchecked on the provider's site? It's easily done - I know - I've done it myself on occasion!
