    Hi

Here's several pages of ideas with an hours drive (50km) - http://www.yougodo.com/en/things-to-do/Search.aspx?cc=ES&l=2511277&d=50

Wine, Golf, Karting, Diving, Sailing, etc - Looks good!

or view the map (you can zoom and darg) - http://www.yougodo.com/en/Spain/Comunidad-Valenciana/Torrevieja/information/L2510253.aspx

    Have fun

Thanks for that. I've had a look on the website. I've also found that San Miguel has it's own website (www.san-miguel-de-salinas.com)

Hello Vicky, I live in Torrevieja, about 5 miles from San Miguel. There's not a lot in San Miguel itself, it's just a small town. There is a street market once a week and no shortage of bars. You are not far from Torrevieja town, where you will find anything you want. Every day during Semana Santa(Holy week) there are parades throgh the streets, check out fiestas at www.comunidadvalenciana.com for details. You'll have no problem finding a hire car, every Imobilaria (Estate agent) has an agency for someone and there are thousands of them. Torrevieja also has a medieval market on the sea front (Paseo Vistalegre) from Wednesday from 10am till about 2pm then again from about 5 till about 10pm, usually with entertainers and well worth a visit. Enjoy your holiday. Mike

What to do in San Miguel

I'm going to San Miguel in mainland Spain over Easter. I'm renting an apartment from a friend but haven't really got a clue about the place! I'm flying to Murcia and am planning to hire a car for the 4 days I'm there. Has anyone been there recently and got any tips on things to see/do? Thanks
