hello
i have just read the post about "SkyEurope collapse" at http://www.travelsupermarket.com/community/forums/t/skyeurope-collapse-37997.aspx
today ive browsed the webb to see if any reports can give us a clue to who could be next. the last thing i want is to post and say this company or that one could be in difficulty. honestly i don't want to create any uncertantity about booking your flight to your holiday destination, unfortunatly as consumers we are the last to know. as ive said ive had a wee look on the webb and viewed a few articles about Czech Airlines at
http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4HPEB_enGB319GB288&q=Czech+Airlines+government+buy+out
and saw this report dated 26/8/09 from the prague post http://www.praguepost.com/business/2093-czech-airlines-struggles-as-it-seeks-a-buyer.html
one thing i would say is that Czech airlines have been flying for 80 years and continue to this day provide a 1st class service. as consumers we want to be assured that our booking is A ok. something else to consider is that Czech airlines is part of Skyteam at http://www.skyteam.com/
i have emailed the airline to respond to the many articles i have found and comment on this post. hopefully in the next few days they will respond. iam sure their answer will be a positive one. Czech airlines have always been at the forefront of affordable travel and all we need to hear is that the government sell off won't affect their operations in the future.
regards
jim
