    Argus Car Hire not giving any discount to "MyArgus" members!!

    Over the past month or so the discounts that were given as a part of the loyalty bonus scheme seem to have disappeared. I have tried to speak to some one from their customer service department with no success at all, they just want me off the line as soon as possible, with a "we will call you back" but they never do. I am very disappointed with them, as I have made regular bookings to improve the discount that I should get, now they give me no discountsat all.

    Has anyone else had this problem and had any luck with the customer service team?
