What is the best way to obtain cheap flights from Scotland (or other UK airports) to Los Angeles. My dates are fixed around 5July outward and 5 Sep return. Does anyone out there have any tips on keeping costs down?

hello

just found out another way of getting internal cheap flights in the states. go too http://www.google.ca/ google canada (no google usa) and then search by for cheap flights. i did this for JFK - MCO orlando and the results came up for dedicated north american search engines.

one search engine i found was https://www.cheapoair.com and then you could compare with the airlines site or you could go to http://www.whichbudget.com/ a route finder for all budget airlines.

hope this helps you to get a few more $'s of your flights.
