Appreciate that however the offer to further investigate is there and without a booking reference cannot do it.

thank you but i have already had numerous email exchanges with Customer Service and they repeatedly advise me that we are not eligible for a refund. i have moved on! but for the principle of the situation, i want to get the word out that they are a horrible company and advise others against using them.

They do not need an ATOL and are actually an ABTA Travel Industry Partner?

I really feel your anger. I always see if I can get public transport as far as I can nearer to my destination as this is far more reliable and cheaper. I think we all learn from our mistakes. I have just learnt a huge one don't book hotels on this site as they are not all abta or atol bonded and if the firm goes bust tough section 75 doesn't apply as you are not booking with the hotel but an agent. I'm as angry as you!

What a ripoff... DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS ON SO MANY LEVELS. I do not normally write reviews, but this experience was so bad that i feel it is my duty to warn others! I ordered a taxi to pick me up from Gibraltar airport, but upon arrival he was not at the designated loation. As advised on the confirmation emial, I called customer service for help. They could not locate the driver on his mobile either. The driver had my mobile but did not call me. After looking for 30 mins, i took my own taxi. Now, they will not process the refund b/c the driver said he was there -- his word against mine and of course the customer lost. By the way, this whole process taken 6 weeks, in the end i'm out £99 for their taxi plus £75 for the taxi i found myself! ughhh
