Whilst the idea is good, Spain will simply be too cold to enjoy the sort of stuff you're looking for. I'm not even sure that the Canaries will suit you (although it may well be warm enough).

I think the credit card needs a bash... head for Florida. Kids and Disney are the best mix! 10 days in january won't break the bank.

    Best wishes to you (all)

The Euro rate is terrible at the moment, so unless you're flush I would recommend you seriously consider all-inclusive - Last Xmas the local Bars were advertising a spirit and mixer for 4.5 euros (4 quid). With kids and a wife you can look for a cheap deal on Travelsupermarket.

Good luck and thanks for your efforts on our behalf.

    Hi

Many of the tourist attractions will be closed during the winter months in mainland Spain, you may be better off trying Tenerife which has more things open all year round due to the warmer climate.

    Family holiday in spain, december?!

Hi I am looking for some holiday guidance, I am a soldier currently serving in Afghan with approx 2 months left until I get home, when I get home my wife and I wanna get away with the kids to spain for 10 nights after Christmas. We are looking for a family fun packed holiday, loads of kids stuff, animal parks, water parks etc etc. Our kids will be nearly 3 and 8 months. We’re not to bothered about all-inclusive, and are quite happy to stay a little out the way and rent a car. Can anyone give a little guidance to my query please? Appreciate any helpful comments, cheers
