    Re: Las Vegas Flights

I have just booked 2 weeks with Thomas Cook for the 13th September next year, direct for £461. I chose the fly drive but won't be using the car as the insurance etc works out more expensive than using another company.

    hello

as alan has said £389 is a superb price, if it were me i would book straight away. also consider delta airlines, they fly from manchester - vegas via atlanta and the return is via new york jfk with return flights around £430

its just a case of compairing flight times for all airlines at this price and see what you prefer.

    regards

    jim

£389 is a very good price, the fuel surcharges and taxes are probably £160-200 of the total. Just be aware that flying via a stopover in the US can add 4 hours to your total journey time which is 11 hours to Vegas anyway. Have a look at the BMI website and compare prices for when you want to travel.

    Thanks for the replies.

We haven't been to USA before so I've no idea what the flights normally cost. I have seen flights with US Airways for the dates in April that we want, at £389 per person. They are not direct flights but that doesn't bother us. Is that a good price to pay or are they likely to drop if I wait longer to book?

BMI FLY DIRECT TUESDAYS THURSDAYS AND SUNDAYS BUT ARE EXPENSIVE AT THE MOMENT I WOULD JUST KEEP CHECKING PRICES DAILY AS THEY DO CHANGE QUITE OFTEN ALSO TRY A PACKAGE FROM THE LIKES OF AIRLINENETWORK OR EXPEDIA IT MAY WORK OUT CHEAPER LAST YEAR I WENT WITH BMI AND BOOKED HOTEL DIRECT WITH MGM

    Re: Las Vegas Flights

If you want a direct flight only BMI operate the route three times a week, they have a sale on for another 7 days or so. There are rumours they are going to pull off the route but if they do they should re book you elsewhere. If you want to stop on the way you might wait a little longer but isn't Easter in the middle of April, if it is demand will be high and fares will go up

    Las Vegas Flights

We are travelling from Manchester to Las Vegas in April, would it be best to book the flights now or are the prices likely to come down nearer the time?
