Re: Online travel agents governing body?

There's good and bad news. ABTA is the only voluntary body that has an effective Code of Conduct and an alternative dispute resolution service, the bad news is that Opodo isn't a member and therefore won't be able to help. If you believe you have a genuine complaint which is not resolved to your satisfaction you may have to threaten legal proceedings. There is a relatively easy system to take on line proceedings at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk but be certain you have your case prepared before you begin. Good luck

    Online travel agents governing body?

Hi I'm currently in a dispute with Opodo, the online travel agents. I feel like I've exhausted all avenues with this company and would like to know if there's a governing body for me to pass the dispute on to? Hope someone can help Thanks Sarah
