My husband & I came across reserveahotelonline.com through this website. On 31 August, we booked and paid in full with a debit card for 4 nights accommodation at the Marriott in Vancouver for the end of October. We then received immediate written confirmation that the accommodation has been booked and paid for by JAC Travel. Unfortunately, we received notice from an administrator last week that reserveahotelonline.com has filed for bankruptcy. Marriott has since reverted to us that they will not honour the booking. We would appreciate advice on how we can get our money back, claim compensation or even file a complaint for this booking. Thanks!
