Hi guys, Myself and my wife are traveling to the uk from Ireland in September, and were planning to hire a car from Manchester airport. The problem we have is I have not held my license long enough to hire a car but have a credit card, But my with has a License but no credit card. Does anybody know of a company that will allows us to hire a car with my wife as the driver but using my own credit card for security. I will be with her all the time and we can show marrge certs etc. we did actually book through car hire 3000, who said we could use my wifes maestro card, but have since found out that it has to be issued by a UK bank and ours is from an Irish bank. Any help anybody could give would be so helpful, Tanks in advance, Paul
