Beware I have had a serious problem with this hire car company. I booked a car online for about 100 GBP. I picked the car up from Budget who said they needed my card details for security purposes. 2 weeks later Budget took over 200 GBP from my account. Tiger Car Rental won't give me any refund. It's been over 3 weeks since I told them and nothing, for 2 weeks they palmed me off with "we're sorry", "please be patient" etc. but for the last week they haven't replied to any of my emails, they know I can't phone them because I'm out of the country working for a charity.
