After last weekend's programme where the contestants sang for survival at the judges' 'houses' around the world, the X Factor effect saw a huge surge in interest in the locations chosen. And on our website, we saw a huge increase in 3 out of the 4 destinations:

• Lake Como (Louis Walsh) - increase in searches of 355%
• Marrakesh (Cheryl Cole) - increase in searches of 196%
• Dubai (Dannii Minogue) - increase in searches of 193%

Only Simon Cowell's location, Los Angeles, was not affected, with no increase in searches at all between this week and last week!
