sorry just saw your post and my 1st thought is that it's a fraudulent letter from someone trying to obtain monies from yourself that you don't owe. hopefully you haven't paid anything? if you did owe some monies the hospital, they would i expect contact you on your return to the UK within months, not 5 years down the line.
