please have the decency to explain why you continue to dissapoint your many customers ie.. cancelled hotel rooms, sleeping in cars for the night and many other problems your customers have experienced.

i personaly always compare and use someone like the moneyshop, cashconvertors and ramsdens and then pick them up on the high street (better value than the banks and other high st. travel shops and dept. stores) i know iam still not getting a better deal than a home delivery but i prefer it that way. ramsdens 1.183
