The City Airport Train (CAT) is the fastest way of getting into Vienna from the airport, with a non-stop service that takes just 16 minutes. Adult return tickets cost 19 euros. Slower but cheaper are trains on the S-Bahn, with single tickets costing from 3.90 euros and a journey time to Wien Mitte station of 25 minutes.

Bus transfers to central stations take 40 minutes and cost 8 euros. Take a taxi from the airport to a central hotel and pay around 30 euros.
