Connecting flights can take up to eight hours with two stops, so it might be worth considering other options.Look at flying direct from Southampton to Malaga Airport (AGP) with low-cost carrier Flybe. The flight time is two hours and 40 minutes and the drive from Malaga to Seville is two hours. Car hire at Malaga is incredibly cheap.Alternatively, fly direct to Seville from Gatwick Airport with easyJet, Ryanair, British Airways or Iberia. From Southampton, it takes 90 minutes to reach Gatwick by road.
Located just a few miles outside of the port city of Southampton, in Hampshire, Southampton Airport is one of the 20 busiest in the UK, with nearly two million passengers flying in and out each year.
Buses, coaches and rail services bring passengers to the airport. If using the train you can book tickets to Southampton Airport Parkway railway station and walk the final few metres to the terminal building – a handy and unexpected option for an airport of its size.
