Hotels offer the rare opportunity to indulge in some pure, unadulterated laziness – you have no responsibilities today. Make the bed? I don’t think so. Pick your towel up off the floor, no way! In fact 27% of people we surveyed admitted to behaving like a total slob when away from home so why not follow the crowd? Spread out on the bed in your boxer shorts, order some snacks and take some well-earned me time.

A sizeable 15% of respondents admitted to dabbling in the art of a finely pressed trouser when staying in a hotel.
11% of people said they only ever watch pay-per-view movies in hotels. Seems like a decent alternative to Netflix and chill.
With a fully stocked bar at your disposal, and experts on hand to help you choose your perfect match, it’s hardly surprising to hear that 8% of people like to take advantage of hotel rooms to kick back with a glass of vino.
It seems that for a small percentage of people (5%), hotel rooms offer an oasis of calm which allows them to get a proper night’s sleep.
So next time you’re in a hotel, fluff up the pillows, close the blackout blinds and get your full 40 winks.
Now, this one came as something of a surprise, then again, our poll was anonymous! You might want to open the windows next time you’re in a hotel room as it seems there exists a small minority of hotel room patrons who like to let rip.
