With the British summer being as unpredictable as ever, a day at the beach doesn't always go to plan. However, the UK's theme parks offer days of fun whatever the weather...
Every year, they have opened their gates once again with exciting new rides and attractions such as Storm Surge at Thorpe Park, Ben10 Ultimate Mission at Drayton Manor Park, and The Smiler ride at Alton Towers. And the Wallace and Gromit ride is now fully open in Blackpool.
Many UK theme parks now have hotels on site if you want to enjoy the full theme park experience. Alton Towers has the Alton Towers Hotel complete with an indoor water park, and Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland Windsor and Flamingo Land in Yorkshire all have their own resort hotels. For Thorpe Park, Drayton Manor Park and many other UK theme parks, search for hotels in the area to find one that suits your tastes and budget.
If you're planning on hitting the theme parks, TravelSupermarket compares some fantastic offers and deals to help you save money on hotels. We have bargain hotel prices near some of the UK's premier theme parks including Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Legoland, and many more. And don't forget to go online before you travel to look out for discount vouchers such as 2 for 1 admission and kids go free offers to help your money go even further.
