Before You Book
Terminal: Book a lounge in the terminal your flight departs from. Plaza Premium T5 is on Level 2 beside Gate A7; Clubrooms can only be used by Terminal 3 passengers.
Access time: Most products include up to 3 hours. Plaza Premium Terminal 5 also has a 2-hour product, so check which duration is selected.
Children: Clubrooms only admits guests aged 12+. The other lounges welcome children; under-2s enter free, while guests aged 12+ pay the adult price where stated.
Groups: Clubrooms groups larger than 6, most No1 and Plaza groups larger than 7, and My Lounge groups larger than 8 need advance authorisation. Do not split a group across bookings.
Accessibility: Every lounge shown is wheelchair accessible. Plaza Premium T2 and T4 have step-free access and accessible toilets; T5 has an accessible shower.
Dress code: Smart-casual dress applies. Sportswear, camouflage, offensive clothing, some revealing clothing and themed hen or stag clothing may be refused.
Behaviour: Lounges can refuse service or entry if guests appear intoxicated or behave disruptively.
