How to park at ACE Meet and Greet North and South
Parking at Ace Meet and Greet Parking at Gatwick couldn't be easier. Just follow these 3 simple steps:
Your confirmation email should land in your inbox around 10-15 minutes after purchase (just check your junk and spam folders incase it ends up there).
On the day of your trip, head to the "Approved Operator" area of the Short Stay car park of either the North or South terminal (whichever you're flying from), take a ticket and go through the barrier. Hand your ticket to the driver and then take the short 2-3 minute stroll across to your terminal. In the meantime youe car will be parked by one of the friendly and professional drivers in a seperate, secure car park.
When you land, give the number on the return part of your confirmation a call and they will come to meet you with your car. It's really that easy.

Accessibility
Ace Meet and Greet parking is fully accessible as there is no need to catch a transfer to the terminal.
Good to know
This car park has a height restriction of 1.8m in the North Terminal car park and a 2m restriction for the South Terminal.
All cars must fit into a standard sized parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Unfortunately Ace cannot accept vehicles with more than 8 seats, Aston Martins, Ferraris, Maseratis, Bentleys and Rolls Royces.
If you're delayed, no need to panic, this car park offers a grace period up until midnight on the day you've booked to pick up your car. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard daily rate of £10 per day (subject to change).
You won't need to print your booking confirmation, you can just present it to the driver on your mobile device.
