How to park at Cophall Parking Gatwick
Parking with Cophall is smooth and stress-free. Around 5 to 10 minutes after booking, you should receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know – from directions to what to do when you return from your trip.
Just pop the Cophall Parking postcode into your sat nav and follow the signs to the car park. On arrival, park in one of the customer bays and check in at reception. You'll hand over your keys to one of the friendly team, who will take care of parking your car securely while you're away. Then simply board the free shuttle bus to the terminal – they run on demand, so you won’t be left waiting around, and the journey takes just 7 to 12 minutes.
On your return, call Cophall once you've collected your luggage and head to the designated pick-up point outside the terminal. The shuttle will take you straight back to the car park, where your car will be ready and waiting. Simple, convenient, and hassle-free.

Accessibility
Cophall Parking has an accessible reception area and toilets, however the shuttle buses do not have a wheelchair ramps so wheelchair users would have to step on to the bus. Folded down wheelchairs can be transported.

Cophall Parking is able to transport bikes, surfboards, skis, golf clubs and other larger equipment upon request.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and will fit into a standard parking bay (2.4m x 4.8mn). The car park cannot accept minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, high sided vehicles or trailers.
There is no need to print your booking confirmation, if you need to show it for any reason you can do so on your mobile device.
