How to park at Purple Parking Gatwick
Parking at Purple Parking couldn't be easier. Around 5 to 10 minutes after booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details you need, including directions, parking instructions, and what to do when you return.
Simply enter the Purple Parking postcode into your sat nav, follow the directions, and park in one of the designated bays. Head to reception, hand over your keys to one of the friendly team members, and then catch the next shuttle bus. Buses run every 20 minutes and take roughly 10 minutes to reach both North and South terminals. Meanwhile, their friendly and professional drivers will park your car in a secure location until you return. It's as easy as that!
When you arrive back from your trip, head to the Purple Parking bus stop just outside the terminal. Hop on the next shuttle, collect your keys from reception, and your car will be ready and waiting for you.

Accessibility
Purple Parking has designated disabled bays and fully accessible shuttle buses. When you drop off your keys please make the reception aware that your car will need to be returned in an accessible bay.
Good to know
The reception area has toilets and baby changing facilities.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and will fit into a standard parking bay (2.4m x 4.8mn). The car park cannot accept minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, high sided vehicles or trailers.
There is no need to print your booking confirmation, if you need to show it for any reason you can do so on your mobile device.
