Windsor Castle is one of the three official residences of the Queen and is the largest inhabited castle in the world. It is definitely worth a visit and is open daily for tours. Elsewhere in Windsor you will find stunning gardens and green spaces to explore or head to the famous Windsor Racecourse to cheer your favourite runner past the finishing post.
Of course, a visit to the capital really can't be missed and with Heathrow located just a quick drive away you could be experiencing the heart of the city in no time at all. Enjoy landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and the London Eye, or visit the many museums, galleries and theatres. And if you want some retail therapy, you'll find Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols right on your doorstep.
