
Making a purchase in duty free is always tempting when you’re going on holiday. But there’s a nifty way you can get 10% off* anything you buy. By using the World Duty Free Reserve & Collect service, you can place a discounted order online - and pay nothing until you get to the airport.

Visit the World Duty Free website and select the airport you’ll be flying from and when. You’ll need to make your reservation between 24 hours and 30 days before you fly.
You can then pick from a wide variety of tax-free and discounted products, including some brands that might not be available in-store. Add any items you’d like to your Reserve & Collect basket.
Next, confirm your travel details and submit your reservation online. Your 10% saving is automatically applied to your reserved items, so no code is required.
On the day you fly, head to the Reserve & Collect collection point at your selected World Duty Free store. This is when you’ll receive your items - and pay for them.
Prices and availability may change, confirm with the provider before booking. Prices do not include local tourist taxes.
You can use the Reserve & Collect service from a minimum of 24 hours and up to 30 days ahead of your flight departure. Ordering in advance means you’ll likely have more brands and products to choose from that aren’t available in-store.
You pick up your Reserve & Collect order at your selected World Duty Free store at your departure airport. Adding your flight details ensures your order is prepared at the correct store. Head to the Reserve & Collect collection point in the store to pick up your items.
You pay when you collect your order at the World Duty Free store at the airport. You’ll need to show your boarding pass and ID - such as a passport or National ID card - that matches the name on the order.
Your 10% discount is automatically applied to your Reserve & Collect order when you check out on the World Duty Free website. The price you see is the price you’ll pay when you collect your order at the airport.
Yes - you’re under no obligation to collect your order. If your travel plans change or you have a change of heart, your order will be automatically cancelled when you don’t collect and pay for it. Your order will be available for collection from the World Duty Free store from opening to closing on your departure date.
