*Terms and Conditions

1. The prize is valid for two adults aged 18 years or over.
2. The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates apply.
3. Travel must be completed within 12 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Travel dates must be requested with a minimum of 60 days' notice and are subject to flight and hotel availability at the time of booking.
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. No extensions will be granted if the prize is not redeemed within the validity period.
7. The winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary.
8. The prize includes only those elements specifically listed above.
9. As Cabú is an adults-only property, both travellers must be aged 18 years or over at the time of travel.
10. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in the Prize being forfeited, and the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@icetravelgroup.com within one month after the closing date stated. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Ice Travel Group Limited Park Row House, 19-20 Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, LS1 5JF. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Blackout Dates

The prize may not be redeemed during the following periods:

• 15 July 2026 – 20 September 2026
• 20 May 2027 – 31 May 2027
• 20 June 2027 – 20 September 2027

Additional blackout dates may apply subject to hotel occupancy and airline availability.

Exclusions

The prize does not include:

• Travel insurance.
• Checked baggage unless included by the airline.
• Meals other than breakfast.
• Hotel incidentals, resort fees, tourist taxes, or city taxes payable locally.
• Spending money, excursions, or any personal expenses.
• Any costs associated with obtaining passports, visas, or travel documentation.

Winner Selection

1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
2. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General

1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
3. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
