A long-time budget city break favourite, you don’t have to splash out on your Prague hotel to enjoy top-notch comforts and style. Even in the city centre – two areas known as Staré Město (the Old Town) and Malá Strana (the Lesser Town) – Prague’s best hotels won’t cost a fortune.
A city break to Prague can be busy, with many itineraries usually combining a few museums, more than one pretty church and ample brewery hopping, so having a convenient and comfortable place to bed down can make all the difference.
Whether you’re visiting the Czech capital on a shoestring or want a stay to match the city’s grand architecture and streets, we round up ten of the best hotels in Prague for your next visit.

The best thing about the Czech Inn (other than its excellent name) is its variety. Those on small budgets who are willing to share can book a dorm bed from £14 per night but even its private rooms are wallet-friendly, starting at just £43.
Its bigger apartments, which come with fully equipped kitchens and up to two bedrooms, won’t break the bank either, at £73 per night.
