Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have launched a huge expansion in their summer and winter programs for 2024, 2025 and 2026, opening up new destinations and routes for eager explorers.
Here’s what's new from the UK’s biggest holiday firm.
Forget brat summer. With Jet2 adding the Slovakian capital to its city break line-up, this year is all about brat winter.
Flying via Vienna – another Christmas market favourite – holidaymakers from Manchester and Birmingham can now hop over the border to Bratislava to embrace the wintry cheer.
In November and December 2024, seven additional airports will make the same journey: Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Stansted and Newcastle International.
For those seeking short-haul winter sun, Jet2’s expansion to its Morocco program will give you even more choice.
As of this winter, six UK airports will get year-round routes to beachside Agadir and colourful, chaotic Marrakech.
Birmingham, London Stansted and Manchester have all nabbed twice-weekly flights to Agadir and Marrakech from October 2024, set stick around until November 2026.
For those travelling from Bristol or Glasgow, weekly flights to Agadir began in early October 2024, increasing to two weekly flights over select autumn and winter months in 2025 and 2026. Leeds will get an additional route to Agadir from October 2025.
There will also be new flights from Newcastle to Marrakech from October 2025 and to Agadir from March 2026.
While winter sun is enticing, Jet2 hasn't forgotten about cold weather wanderers. Their biggest ever Iceland program is now taking flight.
Iceland-bound travellers will find an extended season from Birmingham and Manchester airports.
Meanwhile, for the first time, Jet2 will offer services to Iceland in December and from late January, providing more flexibility for those looking to catch the northern lights or soak in the Blue Lagoon during peak winter months.
There will also be new departures from Bristol and London Stansted as late as April 2025 meaning more chances to experience Iceland in spring.
Jet2 is getting a head start on summer 2026 in Greece by launching six brand new routes.
Holidaymakers from Bournemouth will now be able to jet off to the stunning island of Kos, known for its beautiful beaches and ancient ruins.
East Midlands Airport is gaining two exclusive routes: one to Preveza, gateway to the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea and another to Halkidiki, famed for its pristine beaches and lush landscapes.
Edinburgh-based travellers have reason to celebrate too, with new flights to the island paradise of Kefalonia and Kalamata, the heartland of the Peloponnese region.
Rounding out the new offerings, Newcastle gains a route to Preveza, opening up the north-western coast of Greece to more UK travellers.
The additions mean Jet2 will now fly to 14 Greek destinations from 12 UK airports, so whether you're yearning for the whitewashed buildings of Santorini or the historical wonders of Athens, these new routes will put more of Greece’s best bits within easy reach.
The other big one for sun-seeking Brits in 2026 is Spain, with five UK airports getting brand-new direct flights to some of its most popular spots.
Highlights for summer 2026 include all-new flights from Bournemouth to Malaga and Reus (the gateway to the Costa Dorada), and a new route from East Midlands to the overlooked but oh-so-beautiful Costa de Almeria, where you’ll find untouched beaches and jaw-dropping Tabernas desert.
Girona, Jerez and Barcelona will also be even closer for those flying from Edinburgh, Stansted and Newcastle respectively.
Beach holidays might be at the top of our lists come summer, but Jet2’s new city breaks for 2026 are a compelling alternative. Just think, you could spend your mornings hitting up some of the world’s most interesting sights, then afternoons soaking up the sun in a beer garden or rooftop bar.
If that sounds like your bag and you’re travelling from Birmingham, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds or Newcastle, look out for twice weekly flights to Krakow and Prague in summer 2026.
Twice weekly routes to Budapest will also operate from Birmingham and Leeds, while Manchester will get four services a week to all three cities.
